It is ExecuDocs's principal (or core) product and Services to assist users to create, complete, and show the validity of digital or electronic transactions, such as electronically signing a contract for mobile device services or placing a digital signature on a loan application. As part of our Services, users want us to collect and record information that helps the parties prove the validity of the transactions, such as the names of the persons who are involved in the transactions and the devices those persons use.

Optionally, it's your selective ability whether you visit our website and its products and services on customer or client install apps, or provide personal information to us. Our third party sources include marketers, researchers, affiliates, or partnerships service providers as may combine services for your operational efficiency.

Activated Use of Personal Information or Data

In general, and subject to applicable law, including consent (as required), we may use your personal information to provide, fix, and improve our Services, develop new Services, and market our companies and their products and Services. Examples of how we use the personal information we process include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • To provide and collect requested product and/or service fees and payments.
    • Using ExecuDocs customer relationship management system to create and manage accounts and other relationships with ExecuDocs, such as customer relations inquiries, requests and more.
    • To forward your personal customer relationship management records linking relationships not limited to purchases you have made, including event engagements.
    • To provide you with products and services our clients and customers might consider a business or personal need as it relates to marketing communications.
    • To record or collect further details about active and pending transactions involving our (or your) electronic documents. We need to investigate the initiator of the transfer of data and files, who viewed it, or signed the data or documents for transfer through the initiator’s digital signer, such as an IP address which is available for public access and viewing.
    • To execute or delivery to discounts, contests, and refer-a-friend initiatives.
    • Elect the choosing and delivery of ExecuDocs customer, client or vendor content for support, marketing, and advertising efforts.
    • The creation of analytical reporting of data for review about the business and its end users, client and customers.
    • Seek the use of User Acceptance Testing efforts while improving our Products and Services through the development of new interfaces, and features alike.
    • Solve and resolve challenges that you may have with our Services, including answering support questions, customer education, or training, and resolving customer and/or client active disputes.
    • Manage the Services platform, including support systems and security.
    • To avoid, inspect, or reply to fraud, unauthorized access to or use of Products and Services, active breaches of terms and policies, or other unwanted behaviors.
    • Obligations that is considered legal in its entity.
    • State Required Legal Retention Periods.
    • Legal Claims being established, exercised, or to defend ExecuDocs rights to legal claims of protection.

For security purposes, ExecuDocs analysts or related supervisions will attempt to verify your identity prior to fulfilling any request. If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity through your login to your account. Otherwise, we may need to respond to your request as we request additional information from you to verify your identity, such as your full name, e-mail address, and telephone number.

If we are able to verify your identity, we will respond to your request to the extent we are able to and as required by law. Policies and rules have been established to remove data or files transferred upon immediate downloading. Each transmitted data or file is encrypted multiple times to ensure hacking or data breaches or unforeseen vulnerabilities.

It is imperative that you protect your personal information. ExecuDocs have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from misuse or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition, or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing. Additionally, ExecuDocs have developed and applied an Information Security Management Portal or System and other related policies and guidelines relating to the protection of your personal information.

ExecuDocs privacy notices may be amended to reflect updated changes in the law, our companies, our Services, our data processing practices, or advances in technology.
